Hospital Escuela Dr Oscar, Danilo Rosales Arguello, León, Nicaragua.

RURAL WORK:

Centro de Solvo, ‘Jaro Bismark Moncada’, Somoto Madriz, Nicaragua -  A health centre in the mountains on the border with Honduras. It is in Madriz, the poorest area of Nicaragua and it is incredibly poor. The medicines are provided by charity and the doctors do very well with their limited resources.
